A somatic trance workshop with body_hacker at Danseatelier in Nørrebro, Copenhagen.
You will (re)enter a trance universe ready to reveal your ghost body - what we call the soma, your multiple body(-ies). The physical, the psychic, the emotional, and spiritual bodies. You will get to know its most erotic terrain.
We will do different exercises moving backwards as a way to retrace this ghost body. This will be activated through sound, words and silence (played recordings) and live instruction by the facilitator.
We will move slowly, meditatively, entering sensation, depth and resonance.
We will work with somatic reflection, sensitivity,, imagination and movement through different exercises
in the studio.
The workshop is part of Danseatelier Core Stydy series. The session will last 2 hours with one hour lunch break, and then we have one hour of sharing and conversation.
Bring comfortable clothes and your own lunch.
